The Court of Assize of Milan has issued a historical judgment recognizing that torture is taking place in Libyan detention camps for migrants. It is the first judgment that openly talks of the terrible inhuman treatment, violence and killings perpetrated in the camps. In light of these accounts, it is necessary that the Italian state withdraws from the repatriation agreement and 'Treaty of Friendship' it has with Libya.
