Council of Europe Human Rights Commissioner Nils Muižnieks welcomes progress on asylum in Switzerland, but cautioned that the most vulnerable still need better protection. He applauded the new asylum law, which grants free legal aid during the entire procedure and should lead to faster and more just resolutions.
