Fifteen years have passed since the dramatic days of the Genoa G8, and many judgments have already been rendered on the atrocious events that occurred during the raid at the Diaz school and in the following days at the Bolzaneto barracks. Yet it is still not over: on November 17, Italy's Court of Auditors ordered that 16 policemen involved in the beating of British journalist Mark Covell must pay him 110,000 euros in compensation. Covell was so badly beaten by the police - just outside the Diaz school, as he was trying to reach a nearby news center - that he nearly died.
